![]() While Brevon had no knowledge of the Headlacs happening, a running joke with Hyper is Brevon owing child support. She's indifferent about Lilac looking as such, as she was introduced to Lilac after the events of FP2, and thus never knew Lilac without scalp kids. Libbie exists in the Medusalac AU as a companion to Milla. Shyama was a little uncomfortable at first, but had put the whole "scalp babies" thing aside, since in her eyes dragons are dragons, no matter how strange. Eventually Neera drops the "Sash" stigma. Neera also took a less harsh stance on her following this, perhaps due to the Headlacs being children themselves. Neera reacted much better to the whole "Headlac" thing than Lilac might have thought. these thoughts were derailed following the Headlac thing and eventually shelved indefinitely in favor of a cerain green cat. It's implied by Hyper that before the whole thing with the Headlacs, Lilac had a crush on Spade and wanted to reconcile with him. Milla was also the one to coin the name "Headlac", and suggested most of their names when that time did come. Milla was very supportive of the whole Headlac situation when it first dawned upon them. As time went on following FP2, Medusalac and Carol's relationship grew to beyond just friends, something the Headlacs were more than happy to support, seeing how happy it made Lilac. The Headlacs like Carol right back, probably due to how much time they spend with her. While she didn't initially react the best to becoming a surprise "aunt" of six, Carol is fine with the Hedlacs. The Headlacs learn to speak following FP2, initially calling Lilac by that before they make the connection that Lilac is their "mama". Medusalac's story is identical to that of canon Lilac's, minus the whole "becoming a surprise mom of six" thing. The Headlacs can, however, can learn to speak spoken languages, which they do learn to do so as time goes on. The Headlacs primarily communicate with squeaks and other cat-like noises, which Lilac can understand, much to her own confusion. ![]() ![]() They love affection, both receiving and giving, although most of what they can give is based on rubbing their face against people and "strangle hugs", which is probably exactly what you think it is. The Headlacs themselves primarily remain silent while letting Medusalac do most of the talking for them. Merga's interference on Medusalac currently isn't known, but whatever it is will have an ill affect on her mental well-being for some time afterward. Medusalac behaves somewhat similar to Lilac in canon, albeit a lot more timid and mindful of herself, this being a direct result of the Headlacs suddenly showing up. The Headlacs too changed, morphing into an appearance more like Lilac did during FP2, along with gaining some colored collars to help identify them better. the Headlacs themselves resemble most of Lilac's head during Freedom Planet 1, albeit a little stylized as in many of Hyper's works.įollowing the events of FP2, Medusalac changes her appearance, first by ditching the Hanfu and the accompanying glove warmers then switching to a more relaxed outfit, consisting of a pastel blue strap shirt that's tied up on her right side, some dark grey sweat shorts, and a red locket around her neck in addition to getting some more hair, making her look fluffier. Those have been replaced by a hex of small, snake-like creatures dubbed "Headlacs". Medusalac is identical in appearance to Lilac, at least if you ignore what used to be her twin ponytails.
